Meet your coach, Julia Streets, MBE

Julia Streets, MBE is an entrepreneur, advisor, speaker and certified transformation leadership coach.

She works closely with senior executives to build and lead high-performing teams, cultivate growth-minded cultures and excel as enlightened leaders. Through her coaching, she supports clients in navigating complex organisational change and unlocking their full leadership potential.

A champion of tech, entrepreneurship, innovation, diversity and inclusion, in 2007 Julia incorporated Streets Consulting, a business development, marketing and communications consultancy working with startups, scaleups, global organisations and industry associations around the world. She and her team have advised hundreds of financial services and technology firms specialising capital markets and payments innovation, offering expertise in emerging technologies including blockchain, artificial intelligence, cyber security and more.

Before founding Streets Consulting

Julia was global head of communications and served on the Executive Committee of Atos Euronext Market Solutions (later NYSE Technologies), as well as European head of marketing and sales development at Instinet, the global brokerage firm. She also worked in a global PR agency and a smaller boutique consultancy.

Julia is called upon to chair many of the world’s leading conferences drawing not only on her industry experience, but also on her skills as a speaker and host. She has hosted a number of international podcasts and shows and her work has attracted many awards and accolades. This has included being listed as one of Brummell Magazine’s 30 Women on Boards, 30 Female Entrepreneurs, and 30 Women of Influence.

She is one of the Global Diversity List’s 20 global champions and is regularly called out as a trailblazer and changemaker. Julia is also a fellow of the British American Project.

Julia was awarded an MBE in HM The King’s 2025 Birthday Honours list for Services to Diversity and Inclusion in Entrepreneurship, particularly in the Financial Services and Technology Sectors.
